前些日子重讀彼得杜拉克的書「管理的使命」，談到「何謂企業？」，其中提到企業的基本功能之ㄧ，並釐清推銷與行銷之間的混淆。

現在的公司似乎都需要Project management(專案管理), 各種目的的專案, 因此, 做專案管理這個工作, 是現今職場的大熱門, 市場上充斥著許許多多的專案管理課程與證照考試。
